Terms & Conditions
We
require a 25% deposit on booking with the balance due 4 weeks before the
booking date. Please contact the owners by e-mail at
stay@aegeanbeachvilla.com
Any holidays booked within 4 weeks of the booking date will require full
payment. In addition to the final holiday payment a security deposit of
£150 is required. This deposit will be refunded within five working days of
your return, less any costs incurred, including accidental damage to the
property and any contents, excess cleaning, loss/non return of keys. (99% of
the time deposits are returned in full)
Please notify us by E-mail or letter of any cancellation 4 weeks before the
booking date, after this time any monies paid will be non-refundable.
However you should be able to claim on your Cancellation Travel Insurance
policy..
It is considered essential for the client and all persons using the Villa
named in the booking form, to hold suitable Holiday/Cancellation/Medical and
Travel Insurance.
No liability can be accepted by the owner and/or the property management
company for any injury, loss of personal effects, loss or damage to the
client, any member of the client's party or any visitor to the rental home
arising out of or in connection with the use of the rental home or the
pool.. Revert to your Travel Insurance policy
The Customer must ensure that all children are supervised at all times,
especially whilst in or around the pool.
